You would never know the main ingredient would be a buttery Ritz Cracker! Very tasty!

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 Cup nuts
- 1 Cup white granulated sugar
- 1 Cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Beat egg whites until stiff and mix all together.
- Pour into greased pie plate.
- Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.
- Chill and add whipping cream.
- Serves 6-8
