Chicken Adobo

- 3lbs chicken thigh shopping list
- 3/4c white vinegar shopping list
- 1/4c soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4ts peppercorns (crushed) shopping list
- 1/4ts salt shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped or crushed) shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- 1/4 of a medium onion (chopped) shopping list
- 4 marble potatoes shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Fully chopped onions and garlic
- Get out your soy sauce and vinegar.
- Add the soy sauce and vinegar to our chicken. Go ahead and toss in those onions and garlic, too.
- Next step is to take your salt, ground peppercorns, and bay leaves.
- Add 1/4ts peppercorns (crushed), 1/4ts salt and 2 bay leaves to the pot.
- Mix it all up very well with the potatoes.
- boil the egg in another pan with the shell on it.
- if the egg is now cooked, drop it to the adobo pan. bring to a boil.
- cover it.
- let it marinate for half an hour then check if your chicken is ready to eat.
- then, your done!
