Ingredients

3lbs chicken thigh

3/4c white vinegar

1/4c soy sauce

1/4ts peppercorns (crushed)

1/4ts salt

3 garlic cloves (chopped or crushed)

2 bay leaves

1/4 of a medium onion (chopped)

4 marble potatoes

3 eggs

Directions

Fully chopped onions and garlic

Get out your soy sauce and vinegar.

Add the soy sauce and vinegar to our chicken. Go ahead and toss in those onions and garlic, too.

Next step is to take your salt, ground peppercorns, and bay leaves.

Add 1/4ts peppercorns (crushed), 1/4ts salt and 2 bay leaves to the pot.

Mix it all up very well with the potatoes.

boil the egg in another pan with the shell on it.

if the egg is now cooked, drop it to the adobo pan. bring to a boil.

cover it.

let it marinate for half an hour then check if your chicken is ready to eat.

then, your done!
