Lobster Reuben

- ¾ -1 lb lobster meat chunks, steamed and cleaned shopping list
- ½ cup Thousand Island salad dressing shopping list
- 1 can (14-16 oz) shredded kraut shopping list
- 4 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 4 slices deli style rye bread shopping list
- butter to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Butter and toast the rye slices.
- Mix lobster meat and salad dressing. Spread on 2 slices of toasted bread.
- Top each with 2 slices of cheese and with half of the kraut.
- Place under broiler to melt cheese.
- Close sandwiches with remaining slices of bread.
- Great with a cold beer and fries.
