Thank heaven for my Irish Pub Cookbook and Margaret Johnson
This recipe is from the Guinness Storehouse Restaurant, St James Gate, Dublin.
Topped with the white chocolate mousse, it looks like a little creamy pint.

Two things reeled me in. Being an Irisher the Guinness and the Kerrygold I have both of these ingredients. I'm off to buy the rest. Let you know my outcome. I hope it comes out lookin' like the pint. Sounds Wonderful. Heh!
