Since my diet has recently not been the most healthy my sweetheart has been looking at ways to give me my nutrition without pain - so we have been doing a lot of juicing lately - this is one of my favorites - and of course if you want to add a little... More

Ingredients
- 6 carrots (unpeeled)
- 4 apples
- 2 cups grapes
Directions
- None of the fruits and veggies need anything more than a good wash - no stems where used but the whole of the fruit was utilized - Place in your juicer and enjoy all the natural goodness and anti-oxidents at their very best - if adding alcohol to this 4 oz of ginger ale per 2 oz's of juice would be the way to go.
