Ingredients

How to make it

  • Season beef with tenderizer, seasoned salt, garlic pepper and worcestershire
  • Cut into 6 serving sized peices
  • Layer half each of the beef, mushrooms and onion in slow cooker
  • Repeat layers
  • Pour soup and garlic over all
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 6-10 hours, until no longer pink
  • Before serving, in medium bowl, mix stuffing mix, melted butter and 1/2 c liquid from slow cooker
  • Toss to mix, and place on top of ingredients in slow cooker
  • Increase heat to high
  • Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until stuffing light and fluffy
  • Sprinkle with cheese
  • Cover until cheese is melted and serve
