Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbs. allspice, jamaican if you can get it

1 tbs. thyme

1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 1/2 tsp. sage

3/4 tsp. nutmeg

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

2 tbs. salt

2 tbs. garlic powder

1 tbs. sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

3/4 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup orange juice

1 lime, juiced

1 seeded and chopped habanero pepper

3 green onions chopped

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in bowl

Whisk in wet ingredients, pepper, and onion

Marinate chicken 1 hour or more, I marinate overnight if I can

Grill chicken until done

Boil leftover marinade and serve over chicken
