Wolfpackjack / All my dishes 1 year, 9 months ago
Provided by one of the Managers at Serge Island Dairies (in Jamaica), this dish has lots of flavor and is easy to make. You can find Jerk seasoning in your grocers isles, or there are several listed here on this fine web site.

Hey Dave - just dropping by to tell you that I made your chimichangas last night and used turkey. Oh my, hon - the flavors are so delightful and play one off the other perfectly. I love the Jamaican spin and the sauce was delicious...I did use the Pickapeppa Sauce.
High 5 (tho' you deserve mo') and many thanks...wow. :) ~Vickie

Have not tried it, but it sounds like a great break from the Burrito...Caribbean Style. Keep them comming. Definitely a must for the next Family gathering Trini style. Thanks.
