Ingredients

How to make it

  • Lightly rub pepper into both sides of pork chops
  • Heat oil in skillet and cook pork chops for 8-10 minutes until no longer pink, turning once
  • Remove from skillet and keep warm
  • Add water to hot skillet
  • Add sherry or broth and heat until bubbling
  • Add cream cheese
  • Whisk until cheese is melted
  • Pour sauce over pork
  • Garnish with chopped chives
