Broiled Blue Cheese Beef Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 inch thick slices of cold roast beef

dark rye bread toasted

blue cheese for crumbling

sour creeam

cream cheese

one vadalia onion

Directions

In a small dish crumble a handful of blue cheese

add two healthy tablespoons of sour cream

slice off one inch of philly cream cheese and add to the mixture

with a fork -mash and mush this to a creamy sauce

toast the rye bread

cover the toast w/ two slices of cold roast beef

cover the beef with way to much sauce (pile it on)

put one entire slice of onion ontop of sauce

broil until the sauce pile starts to melt and the onion edges go golden

let this sit prior to eating...the cheese can be mouth burning hot
