Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small dish crumble a handful of blue cheese
  • add two healthy tablespoons of sour cream
  • slice off one inch of philly cream cheese and add to the mixture
  • with a fork -mash and mush this to a creamy sauce
  • toast the rye bread
  • cover the toast w/ two slices of cold roast beef
  • cover the beef with way to much sauce (pile it on)
  • put one entire slice of onion ontop of sauce
  • broil until the sauce pile starts to melt and the onion edges go golden
  • let this sit prior to eating...the cheese can be mouth burning hot
