Avocado Coulis

- 2 ripe hass avocados, peeled, pitted and cut/diced into 1/2-inch cubes/sections shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 roasted jalapeños, seeded and julienned shopping list
- 1 clove roasted garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lime juice shopping list
- salt and white pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor: combine avocado, chicken broth, jalapeños and garlic, pulse until puréed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pass through a fine mesh strainer and thin with a little water or broth if the coulis is too thick.
- Excellent served warm
- Makes 2 cups.
