This is the recipe my Mom always used. I guess if you can get a kid to like spinach, it must be a pretty good recipe. It also just throws together and bakes...easy!

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can spinach
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cubed firm white bread
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup grated parmasean cheese

Directions
  1. Drain and squeeze out spinach.
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Cover and bake at 375* for 25-30 min
