Ingredients

1 small bottle chipotle peppers

1 qt mango puree

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup lime juice

2 qts hickory BBQ sauce

8 oz. pure cane molasses

4 minced jalapenos

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut chpotle peppers into small pieces. combine all ingredients and mix well.
