Ingredients
- This recipe is for a medium or 1.5 pound loaf of bread
- Water: 1 1/4 cups
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- White bread flour: 3 cups
- Dry milk: 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Onions (dried flakes ONLY): 1/2 cup
- Onion powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Poppy seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Yeast, active dry: 1 1/2 teaspoons
Directions
- Put ingredients into the bread machine pan strictly in the order given. Program the machine for a 1.5 pound loaf. It can be baked with the white, rapid, or delay cycles.
