Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp Baking Soda
  • Enough lemon juice to make a paste

Directions
  1. Mix the baking soda with enough lemon juice to make a paste that will stick to your skin without falling off.
  2. Apply the paste to your elbows (also good for rough heels).
  3. Leave the paste on until it dries (10 minutes or so), then rinse with warm water, or hop in the shower and rinse.
  4. You will be amazed at how well this works!
