Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix the baking soda with enough lemon juice to make a paste that will stick to your skin without falling off.
  • Apply the paste to your elbows (also good for rough heels).
  • Leave the paste on until it dries (10 minutes or so), then rinse with warm water, or hop in the shower and rinse.
  • You will be amazed at how well this works!

    Dry brushing before shower/baths works too. Use a natural bristle brush to lightly brush your entire body before showering. I do this every day and my skin is soft and smooth.
