Indian Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 small clove garlic, minced

1 large avocado

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/8 tsp fresh ginger, minced

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

4 cups fresh spinach

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp curry powder

dash of cumin

dash of chili powder

dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

Doesn't get any easier, just blend all the ingredients in a food processor until very smooth. Chill for about an hour and serve with tortilla or pita chips! Enjoy!
