Indian Spinach Dip

This is a very bold tasting spinach dip with curry and ginger. Great with pita chips! You can also serve this as dressing on a salad.
Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 large avocado shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp fresh ginger, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 4 cups fresh spinach shopping list
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp curry powder shopping list
- dash of cumin shopping list
- dash of chili powder shopping list
- dash of cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Doesn't get any easier, just blend all the ingredients in a food processor until very smooth. Chill for about an hour and serve with tortilla or pita chips! Enjoy!
