Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 box German Chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix coconut and pecans together and spread evenly in the bottom of dish. Mix cake according to directions on box.
- Pour cake mixture over the coconut/pecan mixture. Soften butter and cream cheese and blend together until smooth.
- Add box of powdered sugar to butter/cream mixture and blend together until smooth.
- Dribble this mixture over the top of the cake mixture. Bake according to the directions on the cake mix box.
