Ingredients

1 package lemon JELL-O

1 cup boilin' water

3 tablespoons lemon juice

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 can sweetened condensed milk, whipped

1 lb. graham crackers

1/2 cup margarine

Directions

Dissolve JELL-O in boilin' water, and add lemon juice. Let it cool,

Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add JELL-O mixture, and mix well. Fold whipped milk into mixture

Crush graham crackers into very fine crumbs and add melted margarine. Firmly pack 2/3 of the crumbs into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan, coverin' both bottom & sides.

Add fillin' and sprinkle remainin' graham crackers on top.

Chill for several hours.

Cut into squares and serve.

Some of your favorite toppin' - like some cherries or blueberries would be good!!
