How to make it

  • In a sauce pan, combine the water, vinegar, Splenda, salt, garlic, bay and pepper.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer, cook 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion and let simmer three minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from the heat, allow to cool and store in the liquid.
