Pineapple Spread

                    - 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese (room temp) shopping list
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple shopping list
- 4 oz sliced olives (I slice my own, the pre-sliced are too salty) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Place cream cheese in electric mixer and beat until smooth.
- Drain pineapple and squeeze to remove juice. Add to cream cheese and beat until mixed.
- Slice olives and mix by hand.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
- To use for finger sandwiches add 1/2 cup of pecans.
