Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put everything in a blender and blend for approximately 10 seconds.
  • Pour this over your steak in a ziploc.
  • Let it sit for AT LEAST 12 hours in the fridge, turning at least once to ensure the marinade hits the entire piece of meat.

Used this today for BBQ fajitas and it was really good. Not southwest, but very good. We made 3 kinds and most of the people liked this best.. You got the blue ribbon! LOL Will use again.. Good post!
