How to make it

  • Stir-fry spinach with olive oil with garlic and a little salt. When the spinach starts to 'melt' you should add the chickpeas.
  • Stir-fry for a few minutes and place in a bowl with some paprika sprinkled ontop. Serve!

    This sounds so simple and yummy to me -- like softgrey, I'm also of Italian extraction and love both ingredients separately. Question: what is smoked paprika? is it made from smoked peppers, or is it smoked after it "becomes" paprika? Where do you get it?
