Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix margarine, 2 tablespoons sugar and flour together and press
  • in a 9 by 13 inch pan and bake for ten minutes at 400°.
  • Mix remaining ingredients well and spread over baked crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 375°. When just about done, beat egg whites and
  • add 12 tablespoons sugar. Pour over hot dessert and bake at 350°
  • for 15 minutes

    I'm saving this one. Always looking for new recipes. In the Spring, my girls are always asking if the rhubarb is up yet. They can't wait to come and get it. I trained 'em good -- didn't I? **LOL** Thanks for sharing! - Linda

    I don't think I have ever met a rhubarb before. I need to research how to pick, etc.. I just remember a commercial where a guy asks "What's a rhubarb? and another man says "its a vegetable about yay long"....so that is all I know! Jett
