The Beach Plum Blossom, a deep scarlet-colored martini...perfect for the Spring! It was first introduced at the 2007 Flower Show in Massachusetts, and I was privileged to get the recipe from a horticultural friend! Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Vodka
- 1.5 oz Beach Plum juice from the flower petals
- (Native Flower to Cape Cod and Massachusetts)
- .5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Rose Syrup
- Rose Petal
Directions
- Shaken and stirred
- Garnish with a rose petal.
- To obtain the juice: The Cape May County Beach Plum Association, of New Jersey. This plant is common on Cape Cod, and high in anti-oxidants.
