Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil the eggs, when done, peel
  • Halve the eggs; scoop yolks into a small bowl.
  • Mash well; add mayonnaise until desired consistency is reached.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Taste
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Using a small teaspoon or pastry bag, fill egg white halves
  • Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  • Makes 12 halves
  • Cover and refrigerate until time to eat
  • Recipe can be doubled.

    I love the idea of cheese! I use cheese in everything else....like my tuna salad! I never once thought of adding to deviled eggs! You sure know how to "throw down"!! Jett
