Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs

mayonnaise (good quality mayo, I use Hellman's or Kraft's) or MIracle Whip, your choice

pinch or 2 of sugar

squirt of mustard

2 tablespoons of dill or sweet relish (more or less, your taste)

handful of green onions chopped

fresh chopped parsley or dried parsley

1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheese ( I use Velvetta)

freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

salt ( to taste)

paprika

Directions

Boil the eggs, when done, peel

Halve the eggs; scoop yolks into a small bowl.

Mash well; add mayonnaise until desired consistency is reached.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Taste

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Using a small teaspoon or pastry bag, fill egg white halves

Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

Makes 12 halves

Cover and refrigerate until time to eat

Recipe can be doubled.
