How to make it

  • BEAT THE ONE EGG
  • ADD 2 CANS OF CONDENSED MILK
  • ADD LEMON JUICE (TO YOUR TASTE)
  • TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE
  • FOLD IN TUB OF COOL WHIP
  • TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE
  • ONCE SATISFIED WITH THE LEMON TASTE, POUR INTO THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST.
  • PUT IN THE ICEBOX FOR 6 HOURS OR PUT IN THE FREEZER. I HAVE PUT MINE IN THE FREEZER AND LEFT OVER NIGHT.
  • DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER, USE A SPATULA OR GOOD SPOON!
  • GARNISH WITH SUPER THIN LEMON SLICES (OPTIONAL)
  • YOUR PIE SHOULD LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE!
