Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs (separate whites)
- 2/3 cup wesson oil
- 3/4 cup apricot nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon
Directions
- mix cake mix with 4 egg yellows, wesson oil, nectar and flavors.
- beat 5 minutes.
- fold beaten egg whites into mixture.
- bake at 350 degrees as cake mix box indicates for bundt or tube cake
- Icing
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 lemons, grated with juice or
- box of powdered sugar
- 3 lemons
