Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

3/4 cup milk

1 (10 3/4 oz) can mushroom soup

1 ( 8 oz) pkg. cream cheese

1 lb. can yellow whole kernel corn, drained

1/4 cup chopped pimento

8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown onion and meat together until tender. Mix in a boiler the soup, milk and cheese; cook over low heat until mixed well, stirring constantly. Add soup mixture to meat and onions; add corn, pimento and noodles. Mix all ingredients well and pour into long, deep casserole. Bake at 300* until bubbly, about 25 minutes.

Serves 6-8
