Chicken Lasagen Florentine

- 6 dried lasagne noodles shopping list
- 10 oz pkg chopped frozen spinach thawed shopping list
- 2 cups cooked chicken shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 T chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 8 oz sour cream shopping list
- 4.5 oz jar sliced mushrooms drained shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 2 c grated monterey jack or swiss (or other flavor your choice) shopping list
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles according to pkg directions drain and set aside
- Drain spinach well pressing between layers of paper towels
- Combine spinach chicken and next 12 ingredients in a lge bowl set aside
- Arrange 3 noodles in a pammed 11x7" baking dish
- Spread half the chicken mixture over noodles
- Top with half the monterey jack (or swiss)
- Repeat with remaining noodles and chicken mixture
- Top with remaining monterey jack (or swiss)
- Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
- Cover and bake at 350 for 55-60 min
- Let stand 15 min before cutting.
