How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl combine softened butter, thyme, basil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, pep
  • per and cayenne.
  • Layer 2 large pieces of heavy duty foil. Drain scallops and place on top of the tin foil. Scoop mixture onto the scallops. Fold and seal the foil around the scallops.
  • Place over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes.

    hmmm, could you please fed-ex some? it is difficult to get fresh scallops here and it is too darn cold to bbq - we've had spring in february, now its back to winter. great post! thank you for sharing. with a smile from..Renate
