Barbecued Cajun Scallops

- 24 large scallops, cleaned, rinsed shopping list
- Fresh thyme shopping list
- fresh basil shopping list
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 4 small onions, finely chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne (or to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl combine softened butter, thyme, basil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, pep
- per and cayenne.
- Layer 2 large pieces of heavy duty foil. Drain scallops and place on top of the tin foil. Scoop mixture onto the scallops. Fold and seal the foil around the scallops.
- Place over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes.
