Crunchy Crunchy Chicken Corn Flakes

- 425 gr. corn flakes shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 250 ml skim milk shopping list
- 250 ml all-purpose flour shopping list
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, a dash of paprika (optional) shopping list
- 1 large chicken breast in fillets, or 6 chicken pieces (with or without skin) shopping list
How to make it
- Directions
- Place crumbs in shallow dish and set aside, add fresh ground pepper and a dash of paprika See Photo
- Whisk together egg and milk until combined. Add flour, salt and pepper; mix until smooth. Dip chicken pieces into batter; coat with crumbs ( be generous) Place single layer in foil- See Photo
- lined baking pan. Drizzle with margarine.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) about 30 - 40 minutes or until cooked through. Do not cover and turn chicken while baking. See Photo
