Very crunchy and delicious... very easy to prepare, Pour honey or maple syrup over this wonderful chcken and enjoy...

Ingredients
- 425 gr. Corn Flakes
- 1 egg
- 250 ml skim milk
- 250 ml all-purpose flour
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, a dash of paprika (optional)
- 1 large chicken breast in fillets, or 6 chicken pieces (with or without skin)
Directions
- Directions
- Place crumbs in shallow dish and set aside, add fresh ground pepper and a dash of paprika
- Whisk together egg and milk until combined. Add flour, salt and pepper; mix until smooth. Dip chicken pieces into batter; coat with crumbs ( be generous) Place single layer in foil-
- lined baking pan. Drizzle with margarine.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) about 30 - 40 minutes or until cooked through. Do not cover and turn chicken while baking.
