Guys will love this meal! My boyfriend took the leftovers to work and everyone was asking for the recipe to give to thier wives!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef and lean ground pork
  • 1/2 cup each of chopped green amd red peppers
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. itailian dressing
  • 4 six inch tortilla wraps (whole wheet or plain)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Directions
  1. PREHEAT Oven to 400°F
  2. Brown beef and pork in skillet
  3. Add in 1 cup of the salsa; simmer 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
  5. Spead 1/4 cup salsa into the bottom of a paking pan.
  6. Brush italian dressing onto BOTH sides of tort shells
  7. Stack torts between sheets of wax paper (tort, paper, tort, paper, etc.)
  8. Microwave torts for 30 seconds.
  9. Spoon meat mix down middle of torts (equaly). Place seam-side DOWN on baking pan.
  10. Spoon remaining slasa on top, cover with foil.
  11. BAKE for 20 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top, bake for another 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  13. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve!

OHH that does sound yummy. Thanks for the post have bookmarked it for making as soon as get some torilla wraps.


If you like some cris to your enchiladas, then just simply skip the italian dressing on the wraps, just keep a close eye on them so they don't get to crispy. Also, try them with sour cream. Very yummy!
