Asian Roast Beef Salad

- Salad: shopping list
- 3-4 cups fresh lettuce, bib, butter, romaine, spinach or combo shopping list
- 1-2 cups grilled or steamed asparagus spears shopping list
- Thin sliced cold grilled beef shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/3 cup soy shopping list
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 Tbs quality sesame oil (Trader Joe's) shopping list
- 2 Tbs fresh grated ginger shopping list
- 1-2 Tbs sugar shopping list
- S&P to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a big flat bowl combine the lettuce, crispy cooked asparagus, and beef. Toss with dressing just before serving.
- Options: Add or substitute leftover pasta (as pictured here) toasted sesame seeds, crispy noodles, toasted nuts, tomatoes, boiled eggs, or any green veggies you love or have on hand.
