Love the sweet spicy balance of this dish This glaze can be used on pork, beef, and shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 chipotles, chopped (in adobo sauce)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbls. cilantro, chopped
- 4-5 tbls. honey
- 2 tbls. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. cumin
- juice for 1 1/2 limes
- 2 tbls. canola oil
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
Directions
- In blender, combine first 7 ingredients and blend
- Add oil while blender is still on
- Heat grill to medium
- Brush both sides of chicken with sauce
- Cook 5-7 minutes on each side
- Brush with additional sauce before serving
