Honey Chipotle Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • In blender, combine first 7 ingredients and blend
  • Add oil while blender is still on
  • Heat grill to medium
  • Brush both sides of chicken with sauce
  • Cook 5-7 minutes on each side
  • Brush with additional sauce before serving

    Wynne, this was so good. I had to leave out the cilantro stuff :P Other then that, and adding extra chipotle, I followed the recipe. Oh, I also let it marinade overnight, too. Grilled for about 7 min per side. Chicken came out perfect. Thanks for sharing another great recipe. More in IMI Wynnes Honey Chipotle Chicken

    I think I'll try this Saturday. Maybe with a sweet corn and red pepper mix and baked potato. Oh yeah! (I just love all your pictures!) :)
