Another recipe from the family collection. It is a yummy apple cake that is baked in a bundt pan.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 tart apples, sliced thinly
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Directions
- Before mixing ingredients, peel, core and slice apples. Srinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste, set aside.
- Mix first eight ingredients together until smooth.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Layer batter and apples until all ingredients have been used.
- Bake at 350 degreed for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with a glaze.
