Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten

1 cup sugar

1 teasp. baking powder

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

Prehat oven on 350F.

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Beat in sugar and baking powder.

Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans.

Pour into a greased pan and bake 30 minutes.

Serve topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate,

if desired.
