Ingredients
  • 3 shots of gin
  • 1 shot of rosewater
  • 1 shot of hazelnut liqueur (Frangelico)
  • 2 drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp fruit sugar
  • A sprinkle of fresh or dried rose petals/Organic (optional)
  • Rose Sugar (see my recipe)

Directions
  1. Place two martini glasses carefully in the freezer to chill.
  2. Put the rose water, vanilla and fruit sugar into a tall glass (half pint or larger) leave for a few minutes for the sugar to dissolve and then add the gin and hazelnut liqueur.
  3. Get the glasses out of the freezer.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the contents of the glass over it. Dip the rim of the glasses in Rose Sugar .
  5. **Do not shake!** Swill the alcohol around the cocktail shaker for about 30 seconds until the shaker gets frosty and strain into the waiting glasses. Garnish as you like with the rose petals or put a few blueberries on a cocktail stick and suspend in the glass.
  6. Enjoy!
