Ingredients
  • ***************************************************************************
  • CAKE
  • ***************************************************************************
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • *************************************************************************
  • EASY ICING
  • *************************************************************************
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can angel flake coconut

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix together all the ingredients.
  3. Pour into a slightly greased 8 x 13 -inch pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. ***************************************************************************
  6. FOR ICING
  7. ***************************************************************************
  8. Mix frosting ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil for 4 minutes
  9. While still hot, pour over cake.
  10. Enjoy!!
