Marinated Cheese

This brings a whole new flavor to cheese....From a friend
Ingredients
- 1 lb. monterey jack or provolone cheese, cut into chunks shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. tri color peppercorns, crushed shopping list
- *1 tsp. fennel for provolone cheese shopping list
- * 1 tsp. cumin for monterey jack shopping list
- (I've also used crushed mustard seeds with both cheeses) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except the cheese
- Add cheese to mixture
- Let set for a couple hoursin fridge for flavors to marry
- Serve at room temperature
