Bacon Cheddar Panini On Raisin Bread Recipe

An awesome breakfast that combines bacon with the sweetness of raisins. Perfect for kids and adults on the go. "Anytime, Anywhere" Meal.

Ingredients
- 12 slices thick, Peppered or smoked Bacon, cooked
- 6 ounces sharp White Cheddar Cheese, sliced
- 12 slices Raisin Bread
- 3 Tbs. Butter, room temperature
Directions
- Preheat panini grill.
- Place raisin bread on flat, clean, and dry work surface.
- Layer with cheddar cheese, bacon, more cheddar cheese, and second bread slice.
- Butter both sides of sandwich and grill until browned and crisp and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Repeat process with remaining ingredients to make additional sandwiches.
