How to make it

  • In a pot place the butter and the flour and turn to medium high
  • when the butter melts add the onion and simmer until onions turn translucent
  • Add the Soy Milk and the Nantucket Nector Juice,the Pineapple juice while stirring with a rubber spatula until it is creamy
  • Adjust for seasoning add pepper flakes or Fresh ground Black Pepper if desired
  • Add the steamed spinach and stir
  • Add the chopped Pineapple and set heat to low.
  • In a second pot place the water and the some sea salt along with the bonito flakes and the Norri strip
  • Poach the Salmon for 15 minutes
  • To Plate place the Green onions around the perimeter, place a piece of Salmon on the plate
  • Spoon the Spinach and Pineapple Be'chamel Sauce around and over the Salmon
  • Serve at once
