How to make it

  • Finely snip (rinsed) rosemary leaves, about 2 teaspoons. cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Preheat large saute pan on medium high 2 - 3 minutes. Coat pan with cooking spray, add chicken, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in beans, broth and tomatoes. Stir cornstarch and water together in a small bowl and slowly add to the pan stirring continuously. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
