Tuscan Chicken and Beans

- 1 sprig Fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 lb frozen chicken tenderloin shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 (19 oz) can of cannellini beans undrained shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Finely snip (rinsed) rosemary leaves, about 2 teaspoons. cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat large saute pan on medium high 2 - 3 minutes. Coat pan with cooking spray, add chicken, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Stir in beans, broth and tomatoes. Stir cornstarch and water together in a small bowl and slowly add to the pan stirring continuously. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
