Good substitute for those who are watching their sugar or fat intake, and delicious over fresh fruit or angel food cake (if you're feeling naughty!). This isn't too sweet but full of chocolate flavour. Makes 2 cups, 16 servings.

Splenda Granular is a no-calorie sweetener that measures (volume-speaking) like sugar... I'm not aware of any similar products that are heat stable but you can look in a health food store or, alternatively, online to see what they have available.

Hey, just found this receipe and it is wonderful! For those of you outside USA, like Agira, Splenda is sucralose in the generic form, and Heartland Sweetners offers it up worldwide under the store brand name. Tate and Lyle Specialty Sweetners in the UK applied for license to sell in 2001; so should be available now. If you go to Splenda.com there are links to Canada and French sites, and a Splenda store for purchase if none is available near by. Hope it helps.
