Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together and spread on English muffin halves. Place muffins and spread in the freezer for one half hour. Place on broiling pan/baking sheet and broil to desired doneness, about 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
  • You can also toast the English muffin halves in the toaster on the "bagel" setting , then spread on the mixture and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Be careful; topping is really hot.

I LOVED these. I made them without bacon though. (i don't eat pork) These were so good and really easy and quick to prepare. The aged cheese spread gave it a nice kick. Yum. Definitely will make these again.

I might try experimenting with adding in a dash or 2 of hot sauce or some snipped chives next time just for something different.

    5! :)

Oh my this is just delicious. Bought the ingredients yesterday to have this week. I've never had it with the bacon added and well.......bacon makes everything better. I don't know how these could get any better but I'll have to try the bacon to find out! Thanks.
