How to make it

  • Melt Butter and cook slowly until butter is lightly browned.
  • Add the other ingredients and sauté for about 3 minutes, shaking the pan back and forth. This will keep the sauce from separating and allow it to thicken.
  • You may either pour the sauce into the bottom of the serving platter, under the fish, or over the fish but serve as soon as posible..
