Meunire Sauce

- 3/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons green onion; chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley; minced shopping list
How to make it
- Melt Butter and cook slowly until butter is lightly browned.
- Add the other ingredients and sauté for about 3 minutes, shaking the pan back and forth. This will keep the sauce from separating and allow it to thicken.
- You may either pour the sauce into the bottom of the serving platter, under the fish, or over the fish but serve as soon as posible..
