Stroganoff Soup

- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 2 tbls. red wine shopping list
- 2 tbls. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tbls. brown mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tbls. dark soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbls. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 sick butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup half and half shopping list
- 1 cup egg noodles, cooked shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef then drain
- In large pot add beef and next 10 ingredients
- Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes
- In skillet, melt butter
- Add flour and cook for a minute or 2, stirring until blended
- Gradually add to soup and simmer another 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to low and add sour cream, half and half, and noodles
- Heat through
