Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds shrimp, cooked

1 8 oz package green noodles

2 tablespoons olive oil

salt

1 bunch scallions, finely hopped

1 cup mayonnaise

2 eggs

1 carton sour cream

1 can mushroom soup

sharp cheese, grated

Directions

Boil noodles in salted water with oil.

Toss hot noodles lightly with scallions.

Blend mayonnaise, eggs, sour cream, and soup in blender until well mixed.

Place noodles and shrimp in a casserole and cover with mixture.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
