Babbas Broth Potasium Broth

- 3-4 Large kale leaves shopping list
- 1 bunch beet greens shopping list
- 4 stalks celery shopping list
- 1 bunch parsley shopping list
- 8 cups water shopping list
- Or any of the following: shopping list
- 2 small leeks, rinsed thoroughly, roots trimmed, and cut in half shopping list
- 1/2 bunch scallions shopping list
- 1 bunch watercress shopping list
- 2-3 collard green leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Wash all of the greens and cut the celery in half.
- Place the vegetables into a soup pot and add the water.
- *( the pot should be no more than 3/4 full).
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for2 hours.
- Use the liquid only and discard the vegetables after all the broth has been consumed,
- * Drink this broth as a tea throughout the day .
