How to make it

  • Cream together all crust ingredients. Press dough into a 7x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While crust is baking, prepare filling.
  • Beat eggs and add sugar, flour and salt. Gently fold in rhubarb; spoon filling over hot crust. Bake for an additional 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

    Krum........this sounds delic. I am going to bookmark it.......can't find rhubarb at this time in So.Cal. When I can, I surely will make this.......Are you ok? From reading some saw you have been ill? Please get better.....juniprune
