Gorgonzola Stuffed Sirloins Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat grill to medium high
  • Cut a 2 inch slit on the side of each steak creating a pocket
  • Stuff each with 1/4 cup gorgonzola
  • Brush with olive oil
  • Season with steak seasoning
  • Cook on each side until done, about 3-4 minutes each side for medium

    I love gorgonzola.....wonderful flavor. Very comforting sauce when it melts into the beef juices. Very tasty.
